Obtain highly accurate measurements over a six decade range with 100% over-ranging from 10-9 A to 10-4. Measure current down to 1 pA with this very versatile picoammeter suitable for measuring current from photomultiplier tubes, and photometers, and leakage currents in solid state devices. It can also measure current for FET gate and tube grid-voltage (without loading errors), through very high resistances (in conjunction with a power supply), and across semiconductors. It can measure current for piezoelectric systems, pH/plon sensitive electrodes, air and oxygen sensors. Readings are directly obtained on a three digit digital panel meter with seven segment LED featuring auto polarity and decimal indication. Input is processed through an amphenol connector.
