PHYWE STM Scanning Tunneling Microscope |
With this easy to use microscope, you can image conducting surfaces and conduct a variety of experiments in the fields of Material Sciences, Solid State Physics/Chemistry, Nanotechnology, and Quantum Mechanics. The possible applications included, but are not limited to, micro- and nano morphology of surfaces, nano structures, imaging of atoms and molecules, conductivity, tunneling effect, charge density waves, single molecule contacts, and nanostructuring by self organization (self-assembled monolayers).
Ready to use, this advanced microscopes includes all necessary accessories for a prompt student introduction into the world of atoms and molecules. Portable and compact, the unit is easy to install and save valuable bench space. Acheive stable measurements and quick atomic resolution on a normal table without any expensive vibration isolation. The microscope also features an easily accessible sample stage and scanning tip, allowing for quick exchange of tip and sample. Its low operating voltage is safe for all users.
