This handy device is great for locating and identifying the poles on your classroom magnets. Red and green LED’s indicate north or south poles, and a black mark indicates the center and location of the sensor. Just hold the instrument against the magnet at right angles to the surface, press the button to measure, and the polarity is indicated immediately. For stronger magnets, the neutral plane can also be easily found. Pocket sized instrument is 5 1/2″ long. Includes four 1.5V LR44 button batteries (required.)
