Four tracks of the same height, but with different profiles, are arranged side by side. Students race marbles down each track simultaneously and observe the outcome.
Despite the initial differences in acceleration, students will learn that identical objects launched from the same height will all leave the track at the same speed.
Made of rigid tubing, the unit comes completely assembled, with two 19mm diameter steel marbles, complete instructions, and suggested class activities.
