A classic component of every optics lab, our Rive Ray Box has long been a popular tool for exploring basic geometric optics. Placed on any plane surface, it will shine sharp light rays along the surface for a dependable light source. Its rigid vinyl base is attached to an adjustable light box, which contains a step-down transformer and a high-intensity, low-voltage lamp. The special screen you get with the ray box can be rotated to produce one, three, or five pencil rays of light, or a wider beam. The compact box is just 25cm L x 6cm W x 4cm H, and is designed for use on 120VAC, 60Hz. Use with any of the optics sets listed in this section.
