This colorful chart illustrates 20 spectra of three types with wavelength scales in nm. The top line shows the continuous emission spectrum of a blackbody at 6000 K; the middle group, the bright line spectra of the elements Li, Na, K, Ca, Sr and Ba, the gases H2, He, Ne and Ar, and diatomic carbon. The bottom group shows absorption spectra with the principal solar Fraunhofer lines and those of chlorophyll a, lycopin, cyto-0chrome and didymium glass. Printed on markable laminated stock, with formed metal moldings at top and bottom and eyelets. Size: 40″ x 28″.
