 - Friday, January 22, 2010 Bait and switch! Reviewed By: Michaela (Salem, Oregon) We recently purchased several of these for our Intro Labs. The multimeter we received is the EX410 (and that's the one that Sargent Welch shows in the image), but the specs that are listed here are not the specs of this multimeter.
The EX410 has 4 DC Voltage ranges (200mV, 2V, 200V, 1000V), 2 AC Voltage ranges (2V, 200V, 750V), 3 DC current ranges (200 muA, 200mA, 20A), 2 AC Current ranges (200mA, 20A), 5 resistance ranges (200 Ohm, 2000Ohm, 20kOhm, 200kOhm, 20MOhm), plus the ability to measure temperature. It does NOT measure capacitance.
Overall, a decent student multimeter, just not what is advertised here.
