Demonstrate the principles of solar power with this working model of a passive solar house. Operated by natural laws of heat transfer to collect, store and radiate heat without fans or pumps, experiments are used to highlight the concepts of energy conservation, such as the greenhouse effect. Consists of a 28 x 35 x 20cm sunpower house, thermometer, water storage container, dark and light modular floor panels and insulation panel which doubles as a reflector. Includes teacher’s guide.
